Blue Owl Workshop offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 21 days of the original delivery date. We strive to ensure you find the perfect fit and are here to assist with any sizing concerns before or after your purchase.
Request Authorization
Email our support team with your order number to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and the necessary return shipping instructions.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Ship the Return
Send your package using a trackable shipping service; please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Processing and Refund
Once received and inspected by our team, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
